Recipe: Gnocchi
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of spreadable sausage
600 grams of gnocchi
100 grams of Fuet sausage
400 grams of crushed tomatoes
2 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of oregano
200 grams of zucchini
Basil, salt, pepper
Bring a pot of water to a boil and season with salt.
Then add the gnocchi to the water. Once the gnocchi have risen to the surface, drain them.
Remove the skin from the Fuet sausage, chop it, and fry it in a pan. Mince the garlic and add it to the pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Fry for 30-40 seconds, then add the crushed tomatoes, spreadable sausage, oregano, and basil. Season with salt and pepper. Add the cooked gnocchi. Turn off the stove and stir until all the gnocchi are evenly coated with the sauce.
